AR Mural
To celebrate pride month, I worked with illustrator Ridan Arellano and art director Garth Klippert to design Oregon's first AR mural with a musical element. Working with a song written and performed by the Portland Gay and Lesbian choirs, I lead the animation of a full length music visual activated by AR.

In the concept phase of this project, the client wanted something that represented portland's queer scene by going beyond categorical boxes and came alive with the music. We initially started with a basic loop of the illustrated elements, but the client wanted something grander.
Using Figma, Ridan and I looked at the assets he'd already illsutrated, and together we ideated ways to expand these elements to design an entire music visual.

We wanted to advance our original animation with expansive AR layers that grow beyond the building and immerse people into the groove.
